Claim your spot at the 2026 Ann Arbor Art Fair.
Applications are reviewed as they arrive. Accepted organizations are notified by email on April 1 and have two weeks to submit payment. Spaces are limited — apply early.
What you’ll need
- Federal IRS identification — 501(c)(3) or 527 — or proof of nonprofit revenue
- A Washtenaw County office meeting at least four of the seven location criteria (Rule 1)
- Your preferred booth size: 6×6 ($200) or limited 10×10 ($300)
- A designated accountable person who knows the rules
- An email address — acceptances are sent April 1

Plus a fully refundable $100 participation deposit. Due within two weeks of acceptance.
